DBOO Model

The respective governments (public) of the participating countries will provide land with longer lease or concession, while the Consortium, led by Brunergy Utama Sdn Bhd (private), will conduct the Design, Build, Own and Operate (DBOO) model of project in the long-term.

 

All finances will be raised and managed by the Consortium.
